Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 45-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Do I need a break-in period for my new KURU shoes?
Yes, we recommend wearing your new shoes for 2-3 hours a day for the first week. This allows the heat-responsive ULTRACLOUD foam to mold to the unique shape of your feet.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to more international destinations in the near future.
